Knowledge, skills & experience

 Education and Experience:         

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, e-commerce or copywriting
  • Experience in e-commerce and content management


Core Competencies:


  • Native in represented language
  • Ability to write accurate commercial products descriptions
  • Ability to follow style guides
  • Understanding of content best practices for writing for the web
  • SEO and On Site search knowledge
  • Commercial instinct with an “improvement drive” to create commercially appealing content
  • Translation and localization understanding a plus



Troubleshooting and analytics:

  • Strong customer-focused approach with an analytical mind-set
  • Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Process insight and attention to details



  • Pro-active, takes initiative, positive can-do attitude
  • Highly organized, structured, and keeps focus under pressure
  • Attention to details
  • Proven native language skills
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Excellent change management skills to drive step improvement
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel / Access / PP etc.)

  • Item Creation Process / PLCM
  • Merchandising (Category management, Local merchandizing, Product Specialists, M&M manager), Marketing, ecommerce, sales, etc.)

  • Reports to: Team Leader or Manager Content Operations
