Knowledge & experience

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years warehouse operational experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ admin, projects and /or supervision experience
  • A genuine belief and passion for continuous performance and personal experience of working with these principles
  • Experience of leading small to medium size operational projects or Admin / back office support experience

 

Skills

  • Structured and methodical approach
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong (written and verbal) communication skills with the ability to influence others
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Self-motivated; flexible; accountable, innovative and inclusive approach
  • Highly organised and proactive with excellent planning and prioritisation skills
  • Team player also comfortable working individually
